Hello,
I created an account and had a French data SIM for a month last year.
Looking to repeat in 2014, and am wondering why I have to pay another round set-up costs, as I was told last year this was to set up my account, and this would be re-used in future.
I accept some delivery is fair - but the full £10 seems a bit steep!

The data rate of 3.99 on your pay monthly is more than I pay on my normal contract. why would I consider that at all
