All global SIM cards require a top up (minimum amount $10USD on-line) within 1 month of the first use (e.g. making or receiving a call or text message) or the initial credit balance will be suspended. The full suspended credit balance will be re-instated as long as a top up is made, via the on-line option or free phone menu function, within 15 months of the last use of the SIM as detailed above.
