Is it for me?

I'm finding all this info confusing.All  I want to know is  is this my best option for using my mobile whilst on holiday in croatia? Also, am I understanding it right that my family can contact me using their inclusive minutes? i.e. at no extra charge to them and no charge  to me for receiving calls/texts. Thanks
