No, unfortunately not yet - you can port to the Toggle European SIM but not to a global SIM.

Hi again, & thanks for the reply!  With the European SIM, do you mean it can only divert calls from my existing number, or can I actually fully port my existing number?  Because I intend on being rid of my UK based contract, so there won't be anywhere to divert calls from, if you see what I mean, so really I'd just like to be able to port my number over but I'm not sure if I can? :/  Thank you! :)

Yes, you are able to port from a main UK network (e.g. Vodafone, O2 etc) to the Toggle network.

You arrnage the porting directly with Toggle once you have registered and also obtained your PAC code.
