Porting UK SIMple Calling Plus Service number to another UK netowrk

I initially bought a global sim with the 07430 number years ago. After the service changed to use the IOM/Jersey number, the sim got migrated to the UK simple calling plus service. I didn't bother ordering a replacement global SIM because I did not have plans to travel outside the UK.

Anyway, my question is, can I port my UK simple calling plus service 07430 number to another UK mobile network?
