I am just placing an order online with your website and it is asking me a £10 reservation fee, what is this?

If it is a 30 day SIM then the £10.00 covers set up and delivery of the SIM - you would then pay the first monthly rental amount e.g. £49.00 for France depending on the SIM you choose.
