call rate increase

Hello 
am using UK sim card' ekit ' from UK
I used to call my family in Lithuania, I noticed that it Increased maniacally from .15£ to .50£ 

would you please check that ?

It's a very high rate comparing with any other company

Is this going to be for permanent or is it may subject to change again?

Also, I think the company should sent notice for any rate changed to customers, specially if it 35 pence plus to original rate .
