Network coverage

My daughter is in West Dover, USA trying to use our Global SIM but has no network coverage.  Can she force the handset to use another network (not sure which one the SIM is defaulting to) - AT&T seems to have coverage there according to it's map.

Yes, she can try to select it manually. If you can confirm the SIM phone number we will ask the network to look into this for you.

Ask her to try to select other networks but also check that she is entering the PIN correctly - it may need to be pre-fixed with a digit inthe USA depending on which version she has - the user guide will detail this.

The SIM has been working as she flew into Boston and texted from there.  It just seems to be the coverage from where she is.

If she selects other networks will that change the charges for texts or calls?
