i'm not sure what sim/ plan to get.

i'll be travelling to Europe this april from the philippines. I'll be staying in spain for a month then i will be touring around europe for about 2 weeks. including London, Prague and Brussles. I want to have data access during my whole stay and i dont know what sim card/ plan to use. can anyone help me out?
