Your service will remain active indefinitely if you:

add a minimum of £10 call credit at the time of purchase or within one month of your initial use of the service.
use a charged service (such as making a call, or sending a text message) within any six month period.
the USA number will expire every 2 months if unused and a new US number will be allocated on re-activation. The US number can be maintained indefinitely by paying a small monthly fee of $0.50 cents per month via the top-up website.

hi is the 10 pond fee for every month ? or there is a minimum a call or sms for everysix month.

how much fee for 12 month validity ?

You can make a call every 6 months to keep it valid, or add a top up to retreive suspended credit if you do not use it in a 6 month period.
