Okay, i didnt have time to buy the European Sim card and am now in France. I have a Contract French sim which is cheap so no problem there. However i am travelling months each to Spain,Cyprus,UK & St Lucia . Can i register the sim in Spain?

Yes, you can register from Spain but please check the rates for all countries you plan to visit.
