Network coverage
My daughter is in West Dover, USA trying to use our Global SIM but has no network coverage. Can she force the handset to use another network (not sure which one the SIM is defaulting to) - AT&T seems to have coverage there according to it's map.

How much will it cost my family
Im looking at buying the USA sim card. I understand that if I use the uk number whilst in the USA it will be free for me to receive calls however I was wondering how much it will cost my family to phone the uk number when I'm in the USA? Will they just be charged the same rate as phoning a uk mobile number within the uk or is it more?
