Your sim card does not connect to networks in Zambia, rendering it useless. How can you fix this?

Sorry to hear you are having problems. We'll pass this on to the network immediately for urgent attention. In the meantime, please can you make sure that you are entering '2' then the 4 digit PIN when requested and not just the 4 digit PIN?
