postage costs
Why is it you feel the need to charge £10 for a sim card, when all over the world they are free when you buy credit ? this i can accept but to then find out the postage on a small piece of plastic is £4-10 is disgusting. Why is the charge so high, i like the offer you have and really want this sim but there is no way im paying £40 for £20 of credit. it should all be free.

PDP connection failure
I cannot connect my iPad mini to the internet I keep getting the above error. I have tried turning off/on - resetting the device and removing sim any ideas?

Can I use the access number from spain to call an 0844 number in the UK and if so how much does this cost.
