Yes, if you save all of your contatcs onto the phone it doesn't matter which SIM you have in it.

Thanks for your enquiry regarding multi-destination travel. Our 0044 Global SIM would be the best product to suit your needs. For all call rates please visit the 0044 global SIM page by clicking here; http://www.0044.co.uk/Global-sim-card.htm and under the initial text/image you’ll see 6 tabs, select the second tab ‘call rates’ – it will enable you to select a preferred currency and calculate different call rates depending on where you are calling from and to. It also details cost to receive a call (if applicable), SMS and data rates plus other useful and important information if you select the ‘FAQ’ tab. Click on the ‘Coverage’ tab and it will display all territories where the SIM has coverage as well as highlighting in which it is free to receive a call or where an incoming call charge applies. If a country is not listed then there is unfortunately no coverage.

Sorry, no, it would not be suitable for this purpose.

You would need to ask that question of Vodafone UK. We plan to launch a service during October that will allow calls from a UK mobile to Australian mobiles for only 9p/min. Also, we can provide a cost effective dial-through from a UK land line here;  http://www.0044.co.uk/australia/cheap-international-calls.htm

If you have profiled the SIM for use in the USA (see user guide) then calls to both numbers will be sent to the SIM but you pay to receive on the US number.

As long as you get your iphone unlocked properly it should not be a problem and will mean you can swap SIMs as you require. Please refer to the user guide for the SIM for any specific details.

Sorry, they are only available on-line but we can deliver to a UK address for you.

No, unfortunately it can only be used directly in the smartphone and does not allow tethering.
