Yes, a 0044 global SIM can be used in a smartphone for data although costs vary around the world. Please liaise with Ekit at; mobile@ekit.com for configuration settings.

With the UK SIM it is 4p/min to call a US number.

£1.50 to a landline, £2.50 to a mobile.

This is something that only their UK based provider acan tell them.
