I purchased an international sim with a cariage charge of £0.99, OK fair enough.
 But you offer a free second sim, thank you very much, but charge £1.99 carriage, as it is now two items, although  you offer a sim free which I do not need and cannot delete from order.
I hope the sim works OK when I receive it and I put the free /£1.00 sIm in the draw to gather dust.
if you offer a free item it is totally unfair to charge extra delivery for the item which is as small as a credit card in its outer casing, and not actually required.

If I purchase a Global SIM, can I port my existing O2 UK number to the global SIM? I'm leaving the UK and want to retain my UK number.

I have purchased two of the £5 cards and just received my bill from o2. Absolutely none of my calls were discounted and you have charged for all the attempts when the service was down. On one occasion I had to redial into your service 9 times to get a conneciton and you put these through as 9 x £1.10. Before the start of each call to the USA I was given how many minutes I had left for each call and yet I have been charged normal roaming rates for each call. You have provided cheated me out of a service and I need my bill paying immediately.

When you go to order a 30 day Brazil data sim, it states that there is a monthly charge?

Is this because it can do a month to month rolling contract and can be cancelled after the first 30days?
